4 - integration and optimization are essential: the possibility of merging with some ideas, or improve some.
There are two sessions of thinking:
1 - operational thinking: This includes methods and routine procedures, rules and solutions known, and recurrent thoughts.
2 - creative thinking: This includes exploration, and development of ideas and solutions generate unprecedented, and although risky but innovative ideas helps in the management of risk.
If innovation ideas, is out of the operational thinking to creative thinking .
Mutual perspective:
Inclined to question the mutual perspective to the question back, and the question going forward: what must be done to complete the task or exceeded problem? * Assessing the solution: we can assess the solution through several ways, including:
